As a Senior Reliability Engineer you will provide reliability, technical, and engineering services to optimize fixed and rotating equipment life in a safe and effective manner.

- Provide technical assistance in resolving equipment design, operation, and maintenance problems.
- Assist in formulating, implementing, maintaining, and auditing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Diagnostic Maintenance (PDM) programs.
- Assist Operations, Product Control, and Maintenance Departments in developing procedures, training, and processes to ensure equipment is operated within its design parameters.
- Advise engineering on new capital designs and installations to ensure that equipment reliability, operability, and maintainability are addressed.
- Develop and review equipment specifications and standards for reliability improvement.
- Develop and track cost justifications for reliability improvement.
- Provide Refinery support during planned and unplanned outages, including availability to respond to and support critical business needs during off-hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Performs all duties following the safety rules and guidelines established by the Refinery.
This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay.
Minimum Requirements:
Able and willing to work on-site, in-person at the Valero Ardmore Refinery, required. Bachelor's or higher level degree in Engineering required. 5 years of engineering experience in reliability or maintenance required. Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's or higher level degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
