Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, walk‑in traffic seeking loans
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to members on loan products and financial solutions
  • Meet performance metrics for loan production and member satisfaction
  • Support community‑based financial initiatives and sales campaigns
  • Evaluate member financial info and recommend the best loan solutions
  • Stay current on all credit union products, services, and compliance requirements

What You Won’t Do:
As a Member Loan Consultant, you will not underwrite, close, service or collect on the loans you originate.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in lending, sales, or a related financial role
  • Associate degree or equivalent skills/training
  • A passion for helping people and a strong sense of community
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
