Position: Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator (Exempt)
Find your calling at Mercy! Responsible for the coordination, and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Services and ensures that Pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. Facilitates the development and ongoing management of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapy. Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm

D) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy. Licensure:
Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice
