Two‑week rotating schedule.

Week 1:
Three 12‑hour weekday shifts (36 hours).

Week 2:
Two 12‑hour weekday shifts plus 6 hours Saturday and 6 hours Sunday (36 hours).

Rotation repeats every two weeks.

As a Front Desk Receptionist at the Good Shepherd, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming Patients: greet patients and guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive start to their visit.
• Patient Registration: accurately enter, update, and maintain patient information in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Appointment Scheduling: schedule appointments for the medical team, notify them of patient arrivals, and manage any delays.

• Skills: strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages is a PLUS.
