At Ivy Rehab, PTs have opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long‑term career growth.

• $80,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, total experience, cert, etc.)
• If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck

• Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
