Role
Assists in providing patient care under the supervision of RN or LPN, supporting individualized wellness goals.
ResponsibilitiesPerforms clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
QualificationsHigh school diploma, G.E.D., CNA/CPTC, or enrollment in a healthcare program; no prior experience required. Completion of a 175-hour training program within 90 days if inexperienced. Must obtain BLS certification within one month and PCA competencies within three months.
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 pounds regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
Preferred SkillsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus.
