• Perform objective occupational therapy assessments for patients of all ages under the general supervision of the Manager of Physical Medicine Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment programs in accordance with departmental policies and procedures regarding referral
  
  Provide inpatient rehabilitation services within a full-service hospital setting
  
  Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient records
  
  Adhere to call requirements and float requirements as directed by the facility

• Current Oklahoma OTR or LOTR licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Ability to work a Day shift schedule (5x8)

• Experience providing care for patients across all age groups
• Familiarity with inpatient rehabilitation settings and standards of treatment

• Work within a recognized full-service tertiary hospital that has earned national quality and patient safety distinctions from The Joint Commission

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
