Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-time | Outpatient Clinic | 2002 12th Ave NW, Ste A, Ardmore, OK 73401

Excel Therapy, an H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team. Our clinicians treat a diverse range of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Whether you prefer to maintain a general caseload or develop your skills in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, or concussion care, you'll have opportunities to pursue your clinical interests while providing individualized, patient-centered care.

Role
  • Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient physical therapy caseload.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care based on patient needs and goals.
  • Manage an average caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Use Raintree EMR for clinical documentation and practice workflows.
  • Utilize AI Scribe technology to streamline documentation and reduce administrative burden.
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual interventions, patient education, and other appropriate physical therapy treatments.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to support positive clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with referring providers, clinicians, and support staff to coordinate care.
  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
