Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
Under supervision, responsibilities include direct patient care, supervising rehabilitation technicians, and overseeing PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts.
- Provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services aligned with departmental policies and standards.
- Perform duties with adherence to organizational mission, values, and service standards.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a current state license.
- Certifications required: BLS, with current certification prior to independent patient care.
- Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year, especially with adult and geriatric populations.
- Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing and walking, and ability to perform physical movements like bending and reaching.
