Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI company is looking for an Assistant Hotel General Manager, Ardmore, Oklahoma location to play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth hotel operations. This energetic leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee daily hotel functions, supervise hospitality teams, and drive revenue growth. We are seeking a motivated, multilingual professional with strong managerial skills and a passion for hospitality excellence.

As an integral part of our management team, you will help uphold our high standards of guest service, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping coordination
• Supervise and lead hospitality teams to ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence
• Manage hotel budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial operations to maximize profitability
• Implement and monitor property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline bookings and guest data management
• Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards and handle guest relations to resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and maintaining a positive team environment
• Conduct night audits and oversee front desk activities including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest check-in/check-out procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize revenue opportunities and enhance overall property performance

• Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on team leadership
• Strong background in managing hospitality operations budgets, financial management, and revenue strategies
• Experience with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation platforms, and hotel management software
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of hotel guest service standards, guest relations, and customer service excellence
• Familiarity with night audit procedures, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette
• Prior experience overseeing human resources functions within a hospitality setting is preferred
