We’re hiring a Benefits Account Manager to support Life & Health accounts while partnering with producers to deliver outstanding service to employer clients.

• Service group and individual Life & Health insurance accounts
• Process enrollments, renewals, changes, and carrier communications
• Market renewals and negotiate with carriers
• Maintain accurate client records and benefit summaries
• Support producers with benefit plan design and renewal strategy
• Respond promptly to client and carrier inquiries

• Prior benefits or insurance account management experience
• Experience with Benefit Point, AMS
  360, Image Right preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized, proactive, and client-centered
