General Laborer; Helper

Position Overview

National Assemblers is looking for hardworking, honest, and dedicated individuals to fill the General Laborer/Helper position. The ideal candidate will be responsible, dependable, and able to work well with assemblers, schedulers, trainers, and store personnel. Candidates should be flexible with changes that may occur during the workday, conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, and have excellent communication skills.

As a Helper, you will assist our trained and Certified Assembly Technicians by opening, unpacking, and organizing a minimum of 8 items per hour. Items include bikes, grills, and other large retail products. Helpers are paid $15.00/hour, or the minimum wage of the Helper's home state, whichever is higher.

• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Own reliable transportation for local and out-of-town travel.
• Responsibility for daily attendance and punctuality.
• Availability for out-of-town travel within 5–50 miles as needed.
• Regular internet access.
• Daily access to the company website for scheduling, work order processing, and payment records.
• PCs or laptops required to access website features.
• Smartphones and tablets acceptable if they have regular internet access.
