Job description:
This position is responsible for maintenance and cleaning duty at a commercial laundry facility.
Must be able to work the following schedule but also be flexible to work other times and or day (depending on needs)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, restrooms, hallways, etc
- Emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces
- Perform cleaning duties adhering to approved department cleaning procedures
- Assist in cleaning rooms
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Sweep, and clean restrooms
- Mopping, dusting, washing floors, vacuuming, cleaning windows
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles
- Mopping, scrubbing floors, and vacuuming.
- Removing trash and sanitizing trash containers
- Dusting and vacuuming
- Maintain yard equipment and cleaning supplies
- Maintain company premises in a clean and orderly way by picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or using industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Perform light dusting, window cleaning, vacuuming, and dishware cleaning
- Follow all company procedures corresponding to safety standards
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred
- May be at an industrial setting with hot/cold environment and distracting noise levels.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
