Description:

The LPN/LVN will be responsible for providing quality patient care. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team. Candidates will perform patient assessments, administer medications, and document care. The LPN/LVN will maintain a safe and clean environment for patients. Flexibility to adjust to the needs of the unit is essential. The position entails working night shifts with a focus on patient-centered care.
