Travel LPN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN with 2+ years of experience for a night shift Emergency Department position in Ardmore, OK.

• Active LPN/LVN license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year of recent ED experience
• Current BLS certification required
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment, unless documentation of scheduled renewal is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required;
  Canadian SINs are not accepted
• No employment gaps of 90 or more days within the past 12 months

• Located in an Emergency Department (ED) setting
• Scheduled for night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend coverage required as needed
• No on-call requirements
• Uses Epic EMR
• Black scrubs required
• Up to 5 days of RTO allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a reduced bill rate
• Local candidates are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this facility; after completing 3 consecutive contracts, a minimum 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the 50-mile radius is required
