Registered Nurse - Emergency Dept

Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by colleagues. Coordinates patient care across departments, upholds patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational mission, values, and standards.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license for the state or applicable licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, or specialized unit certifications may be required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform necessary movements during shifts.

• Deliver direct patient care and evaluate care quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform duties consistent with organizational standards and mission.
