Role Overview

This position involves preparing patients for visits by completing intake processes, including recording chief complaints, vital signs, medical history, allergies, and medication reconciliation. You will assist with in-office testing such as blood draws, EKGs, and point-of-care tests, administer vaccines and injections within scope, and schedule follow-up appointments. Collaborating with providers and the care team, you'll ensure effective care delivery and monitor patient progress.

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oklahoma
• Preferably 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, especially in primary care

• Patient assessment and preparation
