Role Overview
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduate of a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, with adherence to all licensure requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, and others may be required based on the unit.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform duties involving reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
Provide comprehensive patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, collaborate with other departments, uphold patient rights, and ensure confidentiality.
Maintain certification requirements and physical readiness to perform duties effectively.
