DescriptionAmerican Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of ER experience and a compact or Oklahoma RN license.
Details- Emergency Department setting within a full-service tertiary hospital
- 3x12 night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment
- No on-call requirements
- Floating required
- EPIC EMR
- Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- PALS and TNCC certifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
- No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
- Assess emergency patients and plan, organize, and implement individualized care in a warm, personalized environment
- May supervise ER techs, orderlies, and ancillary personnel as needed
- Required to wear black scrubs
- Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
- Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted at a reduced bill rate
- Candidates living within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the radius

The $1,966 weekly pay shown in this posting, along with related figures, corresponds to the higher end of this range. Weekly travel pay includes tax-free stipends per IRS guidelines. Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer-paid taxes and related costs.
