Role Overview

Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality.

Operate in alignment with organizational mission, values, and standards.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications may be required based on the department, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, or specialty certifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.

• Provide direct patient care, monitor patient progress, and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold rights.
• Perform duties in accordance with organizational standards and standards of practice.
