Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our team. You will work collaboratively with our experienced veterinarians and support staff to provide high quality medical, surgical, and dental care for companion animals. As our veterinarian, you’ll have access to modern equipment and a full suite of services, with opportunities to develop your veterinary interests, whether in general practice, surgery, dentistry, or rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical exams, diagnostics, treatment plans, surgery, and dental procedures
  • Mentor and work with support staff and newer team members
  • Provide compassionate client education and communication
  • Collaborate on hospital initiatives for growth, quality of care, and client satisfaction

Qualifications
  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Oklahoma
  • Comfortable performing surgery and dentistry (or desire to build those skills)
  • Interest in mentoring/supporting a team and helping drive practice growth
  • Empathetic, team-oriented attitude and desire to live in a community-focused practice
Additional Information

Total compensation is individualized based on experience, schedule (full-time or part-time), location, and production. Compensation may include base salary, production incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and other applicable benefits and incentives. Total compensation package for the first year might range from $,000+.
