Provides assistance as a member of the Restaurant Team, including cleaning, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products. All MAIDO jobs require ensuring a positive company image by delivering excellent and memorable customer service. All positions must be prepared and able to perform duties inherent in other Team Member job descriptions.

• Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware (by dishwasher or hand).
• Clear away dishes from tables.
• Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish-washing machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
• Cleans and sanitizes storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators.
• Assists in storing food deliveries
• Monitors trash cans throughout shift, making sure to remove full trashcans and boxes as needed and at the end of each shift
• Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef and other managers as needed
• Follows sanitation and cleaning procedures
• Ensures that dishwashers are in working order and reports problems as they arise
• Assists with closing, including aiding in the sanitation of cooking and food preparation stations.
• Greet customers and courteously respond to inquiries.
• Perform all other necessary duties as assigned.

• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 LB goods.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Notice and address even the smallest cleanliness issues.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under intense time pressure.
• Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts.
• Availability to work various hours, days, and shifts, including weekends.
