The Retail Store Manager is encouraged to drive the business by connecting with the community through events and partnering with businesses to supply their employees with the shoes they need. Our teams are also encouraged to better their communities by lifting local charities to help those in need. Shoe Sensation loves shoes, our employees, our customers, and our communities. We have over 230 locations in 21 states and continue to grow.
