What Role You Will Play In Our Team- As a Mechanic, you will be responsible providing mechanical support to assets on Gas lift, station, VRUs and processing equipment.
- Provide support to both operations and Mechanic groups
- Ensure operations sites are being maintained in a safe manner
- Keep detailed and accurate records
- Perform repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Other operations duties as assigned
- Maintain and repair a variety of pumps & fixed equipment of all sizes on wellsites and batteries including wellheads and pipelines
- Coordinate and perform mechanical maintenance and repairs of equipment as needed
- Work in the proximity of various electrical circuits and machinery in various outside weather conditions
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Roustabout, Lease Operating or Construction experience
- Maintenance experience for vessels, tanks, flowlines, pipelines and pumping units
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced leadership
- Must be able to work shifts
- Must be able to be on call
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in extreme outdoor temperatures
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Must be able to communicate and be a team player, and work with other personnel, departments, and outside officials
- Basic Computer skills needed for planning, scheduling, record keeping, regulations, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of process flow, and equipment purpose within all facilities.
- Must be knowledgeable of hazards and safety details within the stations and field
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and is subject to random drug testing
- Must have the ability to respond in a timely manner to any emergency
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must be capable of vigorous outdoor activities and have manual dexterity with physical ability to work extended hours, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, working with arms extended above the head, twisting upper body, standing for long periods, walking on catwalks, working in confined spaces, exposure to extreme weather conditions, driving a vehicle, operation of forklifts and light industrial equipment
