Job Overview
Flatbed CDL Driver, Regional Route. Pay ranges from $961.17 to $1,702.63 per week (home weekly). Base pay is calculated at $0.52 – $0.66 per mile, depending on experience.
Driver responsibilities include transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals.

Full‑time drivers can earn weekly pay ranging from $961.17 to $1,702.63 and annual pay between $49,980.84 and $88,536.76, based on experience, routes, attendance and service length. Compensation also includes accessorials such as tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses and over‑dimensional pay.
Transition Package: $1,800 total; $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first two weeks.

- Paid Time Off: 80 hours for 1–9 years, 120 hours for 10+ years.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Safe driving record.
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
- Minimum 4 months of driving experience.
- Preferred 1 year truck driving experience (not required).
- Background check.
- Clean drug test.
- Clean clearinghouse result.
- Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (required). Flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of loads.
