Distributor Driver

Job Summary

Overland Corporation is currently seeking an experienced CDL truck driver. All applicants must have asphalt paving experience.

• Follow all company safety policies including taking specific action to avoid incidents with the traveling public.
• Operate equipment in an efficient manner and follow instructions from management.
• Follow all equipment monitoring and maintenance requirements and maintain DOT‑required logbooks.
• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL license, current medical examiner’s certificate and endorsements if applicable to the position (e.g., HAZMAT).
• Operate Asphalt Tack Truck (must have HAZMAT endorsements).

• Good safety and driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good safety, behavior and attendance record.
• Ability to work collectively in a team environment with other team members and managers.
• Excellent verbal, written and comprehension communication skills.
• Willingness to do other work as needed, including heavy labor.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather extremes.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including swing shift, graveyard shift, overtime and weekends as required.
• Ability to work near, around or on light or heavy equipment.
