• Assist in the administration of daily operations, including but not limited to, scheduling, charting, and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with the Administrative team to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving
• Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship programs to develop skills and expertise
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and resident care

• Bachelors degree required
