+ Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.

+ Handle requests for information (RFIs) and change orders effectively.

+ Ensure efficient project coordination and communication among all stakeholders.

+ Support the project management team in executing plans and meeting project objectives.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in project management.

+ Strong background in construction and construction management.

+ Ability to handle RFIs and change orders.

+ Excellent project coordination skills.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience as an Assistant Project Manager is advantageous.

+ Any relevant certifications in project management or construction.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ardmore, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
