• Take the lead on luxury residential projects from groundbreaking to hand‑off.
• Coordinate multiple trades, maintain schedules, and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the project crew.

• Proven Luxury Residential construction experience with 5+ years managing high‑end residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, maintain schedules, and uphold quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client and team interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; experience with Procore and Smartsheets is a plus.
• Patient, service‑oriented approach, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
• Reliable transportation and availability for extended hours when necessary.
