As a Foreman, you'll work closely with the Superintendent to keep projects organized, productive, safe, and moving forward. You'll be a key leader in the field, helping coordinate trade partners, maintain quality standards, and ensure every project reflects the level of craftsmanship Pinemar is known for.

• Supporting day‑to‑day field operations from project startup through completion
• Coordinating and directing trade partners to maintain project momentum
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Monitoring daily progress and helping keep projects on schedule
• Identifying and resolving field issues before they become project delays
• Reviewing work for quality and ensuring it aligns with plans and specifications
• Managing material deliveries, storage, and site readiness
• Building productive relationships with trade partners and holding them accountable to expectations
• Supporting client‑facing activities and maintaining a positive project experience
• Assisting with daily reports, project documentation, photos, and communication updates
• Coordinating punch list completion and project closeout activities

• Have at least 3 years of residential construction experience
• Have experience leading crews or coordinating trade partners
• Understand residential construction sequencing and scheduling

• Residential construction experience, preferably in custom homes or high‑end remodeling
• Strong understanding of jobsite operations and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between project sites as needed
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment

Salary: $75000 - $90000 per year
