As Superintendent, you'll be the field leader responsible for managing all on‑site construction activities from project startup through final completion.
You’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate trade partners, maintain schedules, enforce quality standards, and ensure every project reflects the level of excellence our clients expect from Pinemar.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Managing all day‑to‑day field operations on assigned projects
- Developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Coordinating and directing subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Maintaining jobsite safety, organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Reviewing work for quality and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications
- Identifying and resolving field challenges before they impact project performance
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, designers, and clients
- Conducting regular site meetings and maintaining clear project communication
- Monitoring budgets, schedules, and project milestones
- Leading project closeout activities, punch lists, and final client walkthroughs
- Delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the construction process

You May Be a Great Fit If You- Have at least 5 years of experience managing high‑end residential construction projects
- Understand the complexities of luxury custom homes and large‑scale renovations
- Can confidently coordinate multiple trades and project stakeholders

- Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in luxury residential construction
- Strong leadership, organizational, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, or similar construction management software is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to support project demands and critical milestones as needed

- Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year
