- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
- Manage subcontractor relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues
- Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project goals are met
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
Manage and mentor project team members
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience with budgeting, cost estimating, and scheduling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing subcontractor relationships
- Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
