As Construction Superintendent, you'll oversee residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage daily field operations and maintain safe, organized jobsites
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule
• Monitor quality and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and company standards
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Conduct site meetings and maintain clear project communication
• Track project progress, schedules, and milestones
• Lead project closeout, punch lists, and final client walkthroughs
• Deliver an exceptional homeowner experience throughout construction

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction
• Experience managing luxury homes, custom homes, or major residential renovations
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solver abilities
• Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, or similar construction software is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
