Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Bilingual
We are seeking a Receptionist/Cashier with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. As a cashier, you play a key role in creating or maintaining customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acknowledge and greet customers as they enter/leave the service area, directing them to the correct department (check in/out, parts, sales, etc.).
- Money handling – cash, checks, credit/debit, and daily reconciliation of both moneys taken in and the designated cash drawer.
- Scan and file all service documents, keeping up with legal and warranty compliance.
- Work cooperatively with all departments.
- Work with rental vendor, assisting customers with setting up rental vehicle if needed/scheduled.
- Communicate in emails or with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments.
- Assist in ensuring the waiting area is clean and stocked with fresh coffee and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Receptionist or Cashier experience.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality.
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility/dynamic work environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
