If so, you may be our next Commercial Sector Senior Architectural Designer. Applicants should have 8–10 years of experience working on commercial design projects. Responsibilities will span all design phases, with a strong emphasis on code understanding and interpretation, construction documentation, and technical detailing.
The Senior Architectural Designer must be capable of leading a design project through all architectural service phases. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within small, team-based environments are essential. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong problem-solving abilities are required.
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Experience with BIM 360, InDesign, and Enscape preferred
- Familiarity with Healthcare, Behavioral Health Design, and/or Mission Critical work a plus
- Architectural registration is not necessarily required
