We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Kidstime Manager to lead our after‑school program. This is a part‑time position during the school year, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at a rate of $25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations and schedule of the Kidstime program
- Coordinate and manage transportation of students from local schools to the JCC
- Supervise and engage children in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
- Plan and implement age‑appropriate activities and enrichment experiences
- Lead and support staff, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day program management
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience working with school‑age children
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
- Warm, engaging, and proactive approach to working with children and families
