Lower Merion School District is seeking to hire a Long-Term Substitute Special Education Teacher at Lower Merion High School.

PA Certification in Special Education required. Additional PA Certification preferred. Autism endorsement preferred.

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students and experience working with students with various types of educational disabilities required;
Experience supporting the learning needs of students with Autismpreferred.

Good standing relative to Act 48 credits. Child abuse, PA State Police and FBI clearances (no less than one year from date of hire).

This is a long-term substitute position lasting from November 2026 to March 2027.

Salary and benefits set by LMEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
