Our top performing stylists earn on average $25-$33 per hour ($12/hr base pay + commission + tips). Stylist responsibilities include performing amazing blowouts on our clients consistently, providing an over the top client experience, selling products, tools, and memberships, keeping the shop fresh through activities including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves, and attending scheduled meetings.

Stylist qualifications include a valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying, a desire to provide amazing styling, finishing skills, and exceptional customer service, effective communication skills, the ability to work with and be a part of a team, and a polished appearance. We dress in our Drybar colors: black, white, grey, yellow, and denim.
