Direct Care Worker​/Caregiver Ardmore, PA

Available schedules range from 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability. We will work with qualified applicants to build a consistent weekly schedule.

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

Penn Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Direct Care Workers/Caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home support to an adult participant residing in Ardmore, PA.

This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers seeking consistent hours, flexible scheduling, and long-term employment with a supportive home care agency.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Provide toileting and incontinence care as needed

• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility

• Prepare meals and snacks

• Perform light housekeeping related to the participant's care

• Laundry and linen changes

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)

• Promote participant safety, dignity, and independence

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and required documentation

• Report changes in condition, safety concerns, or incidents promptly to the agency

• Experience providing personal care preferred

• Direct Care Worker, Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience strongly preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must meet all Pennsylvania home care employment requirements
