US-Technical Specialist

As a Technical Specialist, you will provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring high-quality repairs and an exceptional service experience.

Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and repair processes to assist with hardware and software issues.

Assist customers with empathy, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions while educating them on product options and repair services.

Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and share feedback for continuous improvement.

Support customer-facing activities and foster an inclusive environment that respects diversity and promotes learning.
