Location: Ardmore, PA
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Approximately 10:00 AM-4:00 PM (until production is complete)
Availability: Additional hours may be available during the holiday season
Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to recipes and production schedules.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately.
• Assist with dough preparation, baking, decorating, and finishing tasks as needed.
• Follow established recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent products.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Properly store ingredients and finished products.
• Assist with preparing increased production needs during peak seasons and holidays.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other bakery team members to complete daily production goals.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous baking, pastry, food production, or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be comfortable working Monday-Friday with occasional additional hours during busy seasons.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and work with kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in a warm bakery production environment.
