Are you a creative marketer who lives and breathes digital content? Do you know how to turn ideas into scroll‑stopping videos and brand moments? KW Main Line is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive social media, video, and digital growth while elevating our brand across every platform.
Compensation & Benefits• Full‑time, in‑office, Monday through Friday
• Salary Range: $50,000‑$55,000 (base salary)
• Paid Time Off and Recognized Holidays (KW Calendar)
• Monthly Insurance Contribution (after 90 days)
• Dental, Vision, and Health Coverage
Responsibilities- Lead social and video content execution
- Manage campaigns and brand consistency
- Support agent, recruiting, and event marketing
- Create clean, on‑brand design assets
- Improve website and lead capture performance
- Track metrics and drive growth
- 2–4+ years in content, digital, or growth marketing
- Strong video filming and editing skills
- Skilled in Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
- Solid grasp of social trends, SEO, and email marketing
- Organized, data‑driven, and detail‑oriented
- Self‑starter who executes with minimal oversight
