Travel RN - Neonatal ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a night shift travel assignment at a Level III NICU in a teaching hospital setting, with NRP certification and a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required.

• Active PA RN license or a current Compact RN license required; pending licensure is not accepted
• Current certifications required: BLS and NRP
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Level III NICU experience preferred given the unit's acuity and patient population
• Epic EMR experience preferred

• Level III NICU in an acute care, adult teaching hospital with 370 staffed beds
• Patient population includes premature infants from 22+ weeks gestation; no surgeries or ECMO performed on this unit
• Patient ratio of 1:3
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• May float to a sister campus location
• Charting is performed in Epic
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates who have previously worked at any Main Line Health system location should be prepared to provide the location(s) and dates of prior employment
• All time off requests must be submitted upfront; RTO is subject to manager's discretion
