Overview
Night Shift, Cardiothoracic Stepdown Nurse – CT-Stepdown at Lankenau Medical Center.
Role
:
Registered Nurse (RN) on a Cardiothoracic Stepdown unit within an interdisciplinary team.
- Caring for the Cardiothoracic Stepdown patient population as part of the 16-bed unit.
- Provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the patient experience.
- Experience:
One year of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown nursing experience required. - Education:
RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred. - Licensure/
Certifications:
PA RN license or a multi-state license verified through the Nursing Licensure Compact;
Provider BLS (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) preferred.
- Shift: 36 hours per week, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM);
Weekend rotation required. - Pay Range: $44.13 – $68.84 per hour
- Job Grade: 312
- Position-specific benefits include up to 200 hours of paid time off per year (based on full/part-time status).
