As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), you will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team. You’ll serve as a trusted advocate for patients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless, coordinated care across the continuum.
In addition to providing comprehensive primary care, you will help lead quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives that drive outstanding patient outcomes and elevate the care experience.
