Full Time Counter Associate

35 East Wynnewood Avenue, Wynnewood, PA 19096

Hours:

7:30am - 6pm Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 5pm Saturday

• Interact with customers to check clothing in for dry cleaning, laundry, or alterations and check out completed orders.
• Maintain top-tier quality and efficiency by mastering all aspects of the customer experience.
• Process transactions using a point-of-sale system, handling credit card or cash payments accurately.
• Organize orders and assemble pick-ups on-site.
• Promote sales initiatives, new procedures, and programs.
• Maintain high degree of regular and punctual attendance.
• Ensure all customer needs are satisfied in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.
• Comply with company dress code.

• Retail counter experience is required.
• High degree of computer literacy; proficient with point-of-sale system.
• Outstanding customer service and strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand up to 6-7 hours and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
