Qualifications- 3–5 years experience in Retail (preferred)
- 1–2 years experience in management (preferred)
- RAMP certified (also offered through company)
- Experience serving and/or bartending is a plus
- Communicate hiring needs and conduct interviews for store associates
- Continuously train and develop the team; this includes setting goals and targets
- General merchandizing and inventory control
- Work closely with department managers to coordinate scheduling staff efficiently, and oversee labor costs
- Connect and engage with guests authentically to understand their styling needs
- Assist in creating an inclusive environment where our guests (and staff) feel a sense of belonging
- Drive sales by providing the highest level of customer service, building relationships with clients to determine their needs and suggesting additional wardrobe options
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Effectively utilize the point‑of‑sale system and capture customer information
- Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions as well as visual standards as directed by Management
- Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management
- Support sales floor, fitting room, bar, cash wrap, and back of house as needed
- Ensure the stock room area is kept well organized
- Assist in reordering popular styles
- Responsible for ordering and replenishing store supplies, i.e. shopping bags
- Ensure racks are consistently replenished from back stock
- Responsible for all communications with vendors
- Assist in planning store events
- Developing marketing plans and key strategies; advertising and social media campaigns for maximum reach and visibility
- Maintaining a cleaning schedule to keep store up to standards
- Remain updated on latest fashion trends to properly guide guests
- Establish networking with professionals and experts through participation in fashion events, shows, etc.

- Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, with extended standing/walking.
