Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout every stage of the sales process.
  • Work closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Marketing departments to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage vehicle inventory, pricing strategy, merchandising, and inventory turn.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while building long-term customer loyalty.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in a luxury franchise dealership.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with dealership management systems and CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Position Requirements

Qualified candidates must possess a valid U.S. driver's license with a clear driving history and must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
