Audi Wynnewood is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and deliver an exceptional luxury automotive buying experience. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout every stage of the sales process.
- Work closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Marketing departments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage vehicle inventory, pricing strategy, merchandising, and inventory turn.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while building long-term customer loyalty.
- Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in a luxury franchise dealership.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with dealership management systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Qualified candidates must possess a valid U.S. driver's license with a clear driving history and must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
