What You'll DoAs a Carpenter, you'll play an important role in bringing high-end residential projects to life. Working alongside project managers, superintendents, lead carpenters, and trade partners, you'll help deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Your work may include:
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, and cabinetry installation
- Custom woodworking and detailed finish work
- Jobsite organization and quality control
- Identifying field issues and helping develop practical solutions
- Supporting project schedules and maintaining safe, clean jobsites
- Coordinating professionally with clients, architects, designers, and trade partners
We're looking for someone who enjoys building, learning, and being part of a team that values quality over shortcuts.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have at least 2 years of residential carpentry experience
- Are skilled in rough and finish carpentry
- Can read and interpret construction drawings
- Take ownership of your work and require little supervision
- Communicate professionally and respectfully
Show up prepared, dependable, and ready to contribute - Enjoy solving problems and continuously improving your craft
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to project sites
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials and perform physical work
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, professional, substance-free workplace
You should own or be proficient with common carpentry tools, including:
- Circular saw, miter saw, and reciprocating saw
- Cordless drills and drivers
- Routers and sanders
- Layout and measuring tools
- Standard woodworking hand tools
- Work on architecturally unique, high-end residential projects
