What You'll Do
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Support check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Uphold internal controls and audit standards
- Provide responsive, professional support to internal stakeholders and vendors
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
